We have broken up attractions, restaurants, bars, outdoor activities, music venues, and more. We also highlighted the locations of all the Cleveland Signs around the city for a photo op!
Below we have highlighted some of our absolute favorites.
Barrio, multiple locations: The Lakewood Barrio is where we had our first date. Barrio has great build-your-own tacos and wonderful margaritas, and the Downtown location is on E 4th, which is a Cleveland staple visit.
Mitchell's Ice Cream, multiple locations: If you like a sweet treat (like we do) we recommend checking out one of the Mitchell's locations. It is a favorite of lots of Clevelanders, so don't be surprised if there is a line out the door! We promise it goes quickly. Try Anna's favorites Blueberry Crumble or Black Raspberry Chocolate Chunk or Alex's favorites Mint Chocolate Chip or Cookie Dough.
Rising Star Coffee, multiple locations: This is a spot frequented by us for morning coffee dates. If you see us there, you will see us drinking either their Promise Land latte or the Vanilla Bean latte (both with Oat Milk).
Johnny's Little Bar, 614 Frankfort Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113: This is by far one of the best burgers in Cleveland. A hole-in-the-wall bar in downtown Cleveland, we recommend checking this spot out for good eats and drinks or some late-night snacks.
LJ Shanghai, 3142 Superior Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114: If you've never had soup dumplings, we recommend you find your way to Cleveland's Asiatown to check this out. One of our favorite spots for food (particularly lunch), we come out here often for soup dumplings and noodles. This may be one of our favorite restaurants in the Cleveland area.
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, 1100 E 9th St, Cleveland, OH 44114: If you want to do something fun while visiting the city, the Rock Hall is a great spot to start. Anna could spend hours here, it is one of her favorite museums in the city.
Edgewater Park & Beach, 7600 Cleveland Memorial Shoreway, Cleveland, OH 44102: Weather permitting, Edgewater is a gorgeous space to spend some time outside. You get a view of the Cleveland skyline, a bit of beach, and lots of green space to stretch your limbs.
